Mallard is a tastefully decorated 3 bedroom cottage that has been updated and re-decorated for 2021. It provides warm and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for families and small parties. There is a large private secure garden with direct private access to the extensive woodland paths around Boat of Garten. Gaze up at the stars during summer nights or cosy up around the log burning stove in the summerhouse during the winter months.

Mallard is surrounded by beautiful scenery and an abundance of wildlife. It is the perfect peaceful retreat. Boat of Garten village, with restaurants, cafés and shops, is a short walk down Kinchurdy Road, which is part of the Speyside Way. It is ideal for those who want to explore the woods and surrounding area on foot or by bike. You can also enjoy fishing, golf, birdwatching and a host of winter sports when the weather is right.

Mallard has a large comfortable kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including a nespresso coffee machine, sonos sound system and Emma Bridgewater crockery. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room provides ample and comfortable seating with a new Aga woodburning stove, flat screen television and Apple TV with a library of over 120 films.

Mallard has 2 double bedrooms, one with an  ensuite shower room,  and 1 twin bedroom.  There is a further family bathroom with bath and shower.  The exquisite location on Kinchurdy Road makes this the perfect Highland get away. The cottage is set in spacious grounds, with a gate giving direct access to the woodland walkways of Boat of Garten.  In the garage you will find a football table and plenty of storage for bikes. Mallard is pet friendly. In the garden the summerhouse has been newly renovated with a wood burning stove that also works as a small pizza oven. In the garden there is also a trampoline and playhouse with a slide.
